THE BACKYARD BEHIND FIRSTONTARIO PAC

Joe Shawana (Anishinaabe) and Shyann Jenkins (Haudenosaunee) will share The Creation Story from both their cultures in an interactive and participatory manner along with traditional hand drum songs. Guests will be invited to participate in a dance which mimics Skywomen’s dance while offering love and gratitude to Mother Earth as she offered seeds from Sky World to the back of the Giant Turtle.
